• To motivate and guide young men and women to take up self-employment schemes where feasible
• To organize short term service-oriented courses
• To organize gatherings of working youth to study their problems and to provide guidance.

FOR THOSE IN THE PROCESS OF TRAINING

• To offer Career Guidance and related assistance
•  To Provide information on Centers providing Academic or Technical, formal or non-formal Education and Training
•  To make available accurate and up-to-date information about Government Schemes, Scholarships, Stipends, Hostel Facilities, Cost of Courses, Application Procedures etc
