A three-phased methodology consisting of Formation, Information and Transformation is charted out for the effective and systematic implementation and actualization of the objectives.
 
FORMATION

It consists in forming the young persons by enhancing their God-given talents and qualities of mind and body. We equip them with “life skills” that are demanded by the highly competitive job market of today.

Marg strives to improve networking and coordination among the existing Technical/Vocational training institutes for optimum benefit to the youth. This will also lead to the full utilization of the infrastructure in the various technical institutes in the province.

 
INFORMATION

To inform the less-privileged and needy youth about various opportunities available in the sectors of education, training and employment both in government and private sectors. Job-orientation and career guidance programs will be used as effective tools for this purpose.

 TRANSFORMATION

 Marg strives to transform the youth especially those from “weaker” economic and social situations, into persons of self confidence and commitment through motivation and orientation.These youth will be systematically followed up if they so desire so that their progress can be monitored and enhanced.
