Non – Formal Educational Programmes at Subhash Nagar

Non-Formal Education (NFE) plays a vital role in our NFE Center Subhash Nagar, which is located in near to Subhash Nagar Railway Station, New Delhi. This particular center is very much in need for all the support because many children don't even have a place to live. Their circumstance is such that they miss the very skill of reading or writing to obtain further knowledge as hardship does not permit them to follow formal education. Through BOSCO Delhi, we are providing primary education, health services, life skills and vocational trainings to these YAR children. These children go for exposure and extra-curricular activities also, as a play-way method of learning proved helpful from their progress. They are being promoted to enroll in the formal schools after getting fundamentals. 180 children are being benefited by this NFE center.
